Bsbshs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

Our position

Bsbshs is a set of browser-based tools. We do not host, store, or upload any user files — all processing happens on the user's own device, and we never receive the files people work on. As a result, there is no user-uploaded content stored on our servers that could infringe copyright.

Website content

If you believe that content published on the Bsbshs website itself (such as text, images, or blog articles) infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.

Submitting a DMCA notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, please email support@bsbshs.me with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:

Your full name and contact details.
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) on bsbshs.me where the material appears.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with an explanation and your contact details.

Response

We review all valid notices and will remove infringing website content promptly. We may also disable access to content while a matter is being reviewed.
